We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Below are the rules for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
📦 Return Conditions for Physical Items:
– You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
– Returned items must not be used, must retain their original condition and packaging.
– All shipping costs, including those for delivery and return initiated by the customer, are to be paid by the customer.
– The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
– Returns are accepted only after prior agreement with us via email or through the contact form on the website.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
– Customized, personalized, or hand-painted items are not eligible for return.
– Digital products (files, templates, videos, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise specified.
– Participation in online events and workshops cannot be canceled less than 72 hours before the event starts.
💸 How to Get a Refund:
– Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (if technically possible).
– The refund processing time is up to 14 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
– We reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost and payment processing fees (if applicable), in accordance with current legislation.
📅 Event Cancellation:
– If you cancel your participation at least 3 days before the workshop or event, a full refund will be issued.
– If you cancel less than 3 days before the event, no refund will be given. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant — upon prior agreement with us.
